FUSO Technical Masters

Keith Andrews Trucks now has four FUSO Technical Masters in its ranks – the highest level of expertise in the country. 

Congratulations to Joseph Rogers, Ben Hawkins and Keowne Govender from our Hamilton, Whangarei and Auckland dealerships. 

Joseph, Ben and Keowne join Richmond Fleming from KAT Wellington as the only four accredited FUSO Technical Masters in New Zealand. The qualification focuses on a technician’s expert knowledge of FUSO vehicles, diagnosing and fixing complex issues on vehicles and customer satisfaction. This is the highest level of qualification a FUSO Service Technician can achieve in New Zealand.   

The good news doesn’t end there! Keown has started his new role with KAT Auckland as Aftersales Key Accounts Manager, and will share his vast knowledge and experience with the team to build relationships and make sure customers stay happier than ever. 

Keowne recently started a new role as Aftersales Key Accounts Manager, which will enable him to share his recognised expertise not just within the KAT Auckland technical team, but at various levels internally and externally – all in pursuit of greater customer satisfaction.
